What this website measures

We use Google Analytics to understand how the site is used: which pages people visit, roughly where they came from (for example a Google search), what kind of device they use, and which buttons they click. Google Analytics sets cookies to do this. It reports to us in totals and does not tell us your name or contact details.

You can turn analytics off at any time with the Cookie settings link at the bottom of every page, and we remember that choice on your device. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we treat it as a request to turn analytics off. We do not run advertising or remarketing tags.

When you send a franchise inquiry

The form on our contact page asks for:

• First and last name
• Email address and phone number
• City, state and ZIP code
• The range your liquid assets and net worth fall in, chosen from a list

The form is run by FormAssembly, which receives your answers and passes them to the Frankie franchise team. We use them to decide whether Frankie is a fit for you and to contact you about owning a Frankie salon. Google Analytics records only that an inquiry was sent, never what you wrote in the form.

Who sees it

The Frankie franchise team, the companies that run the form and our website, and anyone we are legally required to share it with. We do not sell your information and we do not give it to advertisers.

Your choices

Changes

If we change what this website collects, we will update this page and the date at the top.
