Do I need to be a hairstylist, or have owned a business before?
No. Frankie franchisees range from aspiring entrepreneurs to experienced hairstylists. If you have never owned a business, Frankie’s training and leadership team cover operations, staffing, marketing and financing.
What training and support does Frankie provide?
Training runs online, at Frankie’s training site in New Jersey and on site at your salon. You also get help with location selection, salon design and build-out, financing introductions, grand opening marketing and ongoing cut, color and service education for your team.
Who is behind Frankie?
Frankie was founded by Frank Rizzieri, owner of Rizzieri Salon and Spa and a third-generation salon owner whose family has run salons and beauty schools in the Philadelphia and South Jersey area for about a century. Karen Kline, a former VP of Sales and Education at Aveda, is COO.
Can I see a Frankie salon in person?
Yes. The flagship Frankie by Rizzieri salon is at 4 Powell Ln, Collingswood, NJ. Franchise Day, step five of the process, is a day inside a working Frankie salon.
